Hi! I'm not sure where exactly you got the mesh, but the model is mapped all over the texture. The mesh was created by linking different parts to different textures all at the same time. This isn't how Sims works. Everything needs to be laid out evenly on one singular texture. So you'll have to modify it on your own to fix this and move each part of the mesh, edit the textures into one and set it up. I wouldn't suggest this to a beginner, but if you want to do it i suggest learning the basics of uv and how to move/resize, image editing. You have plenty of tutorials in youtube to get started.
