I know how to mesh and this has never happened to me in my few months of creating my own meshes! I went to test a top in CAS that I worked on today and for some reason it was 1. Not on the sims' body and 2. Tilted/Rotated I simply start a data transfer/bake and anything else in Blender 2.78 and Vertex Paint and Weight Paint in Blender 2.70 then import into the S4S Client. Here are my package and blend files

this is a weight problem. try doing the weight transfer in version 2.70. if that still doesn't work, make sure you do the clean step explained in this tutorial if you're using 2.78+

I probably accidentally used 2.78 for weights and didn't notice. Thank you for your help!
