I know how to mesh and this has never happened to me in my few months of creating my own meshes! I went to test a top in CAS that I worked on today and for some reason it was 1. Not on the sims' body and 2. Tilted/Rotated
I simply start a data transfer/bake and anything else in Blender 2.78 and Vertex Paint and Weight Paint in Blender 2.70 then import into the S4S Client.
