[Modding request] Sailor Moon(ish) hair (edited post)

I have been looking for a hair like this for a while. In this post, I originally asked for if this could be made maxis match, but it appears that nobody wants to/is able to do so. I really REALLY want this hair, it's eating me inside. It's okay if it's alpha, or even something like Kijiko hairs. I tried making my own hair, but I ultimately gave up because my computer absolutely sucks. Blender would run, at least.. But it would crash anytime I tried to rotate the screen to see the model better. Aaaaa.

As you can tell, it's kinda a short and wavy version of Sailor Moons hairstyle. If you need to change anything about the hair to make it easier, or more possible in-game, feel free to do so. I'm honestly just happy if anyone decides to fulfill my request. Thank you so so much
