Hey guys. I've just installed the base game and the packs I've purchased on a new computer. Now when I launched the game it worked pretty fine (without Mods or CC). Then I decided to add CC to the Mods file, then I launched the game which worked pretty fine. I created a sim in CAS and then I went to maps to move the sim to a house. The sim is supposed to appear down-left the screen and have a 20,000 simoleon fund, however, the sim disappeared and the funds were set to 0 simoleons, making it impossible to move the sim to a house, which made the game unplayable. Then I went back to the main menu and click on the play button which is above "New Game" and "Load Game", it launched the map but there was also 0 funds and blue square above it. I really don't understand why this bug is happening when I add mods or CC, and I know that the problem is not with mods or CC because I've updated them all and made sure they weren't broken. I've tried repairing, troubleshooting and reinstalling the game but nothing happens. I tried clearing my cache and rebooting my computer (which is actually still brand new), but still nothing happens. I've contacted EA help and followed the steps they assigned but still nothing happens! I know it sounds impossible now to fix the problem but I believe there is a solution. Please help me guys!

Do you get the same issue without any mods installed? Even if you've updated all the mods and cc there's a chance that one or two of them could still be causing issues. Have you tried running the mod conflict detector to see if two of your mods are conflicting?
What about last exception errors have any of those?

So you don't have an issue when there are no mods at all?
Next thing I would suggest is...and I know it would be annoying (especially if you have a lot of CC...) but take it all out and add each piece one at a time until you see the error. Some people do a theirs in chunks like half in and half out. There's got to be something conflicting... I'd even start with things that modify money.
Since you've said that they're all conflicting... I'd try one or two at a time and check the game each time until you spot the money glitch happening. If you do that, whatever piece you added back in that makes the game stop giving simoleans is the piece you need to take out. I know it's annoying, but that's really all I have left to suggest. :(

Do you use something like MC Command or anything like that? I don't recall if there's any settings in the config for that. I'll look tomorrow and see if I see anything.

all mods are conflicting the game. i don’t have to take it one and see if the rest works. when i add only one mod file to the mods folder the same thing happens! i just don’t know what to do anymore it’s so frustrating i’m wasting my days trying to figure out a solution for this problem 😂

I'm sorry but I'm not sure what else I could offer that would be of any help. I've never heard of anything like this before and it sounds like you've done all the standard troubleshooting things.
Do you have any last exception texts in your folder? They might be able to give insight to what's happening. If not, then I'd probably just play without mods and keep bugging EA until EA can offer you better assistance.
Good luck, I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help to your cause.
