Modding Request for toddlers to be able to turn on TV

Hi all!
I'm hoping that there is someone that is able to make a mod that will allow toddlers the ability to turn on the TVs by themselves. After all, the little ones these days can work a TV remote control and turn to the cartoon channel in real life why not in sim life too? Please and thank you
