Hello, I can't post in the error reporting thread and I don't know where else I can post this--- I'm new to the S4S community and I just downloaded the program only to be greeted immediately by a really weird bug. I can launch the program and it works (as far as I can tell), but literally all I can see is a blank, white screen. All the features are there, I can bring down dropdown menus and the cursor changes whenever I hover over buttons and such, BUT THERE'S LITERALLY ONLY A WHITE SCREEN! I have no idea what's causing this, I downloaded the latest version multiple times. I even tried deactivating my antivirus to see if that's the problem but it isn't. There's not even an error message I can report, just white. Does anyone know how to fix this, or what it even is?

Hello. This is not a bug. Check and perform all steps from this post.
Hi! I've checked the entire checklist and made sure I did things accordingly-- from my PC's updates, to the correct .NET framework, the correct blender version, even to the sims game itself. The studio even works fine! I've used it for a batch update to fix some cc's I have by looking at videos to guess where the right buttons are, and it worked. It's just that the entire screen and all the other screens after that (pop-ups and such) appeared blank too. I could even run my cursor over the screen and copy the text and paste it into a word document, It just doesn't show up on the program. Is this a known problem?

What about drivers?

I'm not entirely sure how to check that one, and It wasn't mentioned in the list so I didn't really know about it. What do I have to do about the drivers?

It seems your computer is having trouble running an application that uses WPF. I found other people have had a similar problem unrelated to Studio. Take a look at these threads as it's possible the recommended solutions may help you. Thread 1 and Thread 2If those solutions do not work, I recommend Googling your issue to see if other answers are out there. This is a problem with your computer system, not with Studio.

Thanks for your help! I checked the threads and ran through the process regarding the FontCache3.0.0.0.dat file. After deleting it, I think it's safe to say that the problem is with my graphics drivers since deleting the file didn't really do much. Again, thank you for your help, I greatly appreciate it ^^

You're welcome, and I hope you get things fixed. If you do, a note about what solved the problem would be really helpful for others who may run into this error.
