Hi Paidato!
Not sure if it will help in your case, but when I have a spike that I can't fix in a mesh, I delete all the bone groups in my new mesh and then transfer weights again. If you have weird extra bones hiding in your mesh for whatever reason, they'll be fixed by this process.

Sorry for the delay. As suggested before me, your issue is weight related and you need to follow what was suggested. Delete all bones and re transfer the weights again. You have extra weights that shouldn't be there making those exact parts shown in the picture unbalanced. Delete all bones: Export a nude top, and use that as reference mesh for the weight transfer. You also need to create a proper UV_1 following this VIDEO TUTORIAL. The uv isn't in the correct space either, you need to follow the guidelines described HERE. You can import the image in blender, place your UV in the correct space and then export the UV guides to create your own texture. As for the mesh itself, i'm not sure if you created it or got it from somewhere else but it's unnecessarily high poly. The buny is created by hundreds of little studs when it could have been just a whole piece making it less poly. You should either re mesh it if you want to reduce that, or warn the users about it.
