Blender and sims 4 studio problem (solved)

Hey i'm new to this modding thing and i started doing a lot of recolors (real fun to do btw)

I feel ready to start using blender to create my own meshes! However, I stumbled upon a problem with blender

I have sims 4 studios (wishes) and Blender version 2.70 (i have tried other versions but they didn't fix anything!) I am also using windows 10.

I've been through many (many, many, may) threads! I've tried changing the path directory for blender (which none of the threads went into any detail sadly), reinstalling both programs in different orders, but nothing worked.

one solution was to mess around with an antivirus both i don't have so that didn't help.

I really feel like i'm not doing something right here so if anyone can help me i would appreciate it!
