I love the “Ancient Paneless Window” that came with JA, but felt it being a window can be restrictive. As someone who does not have any blender experience, how can I go about turning this window into a Buy Mode object?

You'd need to export the mesh from S4S, open it in blender, delete the shadow groups, join the 3 object groups into one, export it to an .obj file, goto create new mesh and find a suitable base object in S4S, export that mesh, open in blender, import the mesh you made, rename the cuts to match, delete the bits you don't need, save, import into base object S4S (there's loads of tutorials for this and the rest of what you need to do).

Alternatively to the solution posted by MouseyHousewife , you would be able to skip the re-exporting of the mesh as an .obj, and simply "Append" your combined mesh in Blender using an exported mesh from the object that you are cloning it into. Everything else of what they posted is very correct about matching the cut numbers and such... A suggestion of a good object to use for cloning would be the cell wall from EP01, which acts as a kind of 'divider', and is the same width as the window. Cheers.
