It works and looks fine in S4S and in blender when I create poses: {Spoiler}S4S previews {Spoiler} {Spoiler}Blender preview {Spoiler} however when I import the mesh into S4S, the bone assignments become messed up, both in game, and in an exported blender file. {Spoiler}preview {Spoiler}distortion preview ( i have only slightly rotated the left arm ) ( i have given up testing in game due to consistent results ) here is a link to the .blend files and package *click* {download info}demo.blend is the weird riggin cutetop rig and uv.blend is the file before importing any help is greatly appreciated as I have no clue what I'm doing thanks!!

You're using Blender 2.78 to do weight transfer so you need to follow the extra clean step at the bottom of this tutorial. Select your top, go to weight paint mode, click 'clean' on the left, change subset to 'All Groups' and then click 'clean' again and it should be fixed.
