Hello there! So, basically, I've had these wings in my CC-mod folder for a while : I'm pretty sure they come from this CC set:As you can see, the creator of these beautiful CC wings has deactivated their Tumblr for some time now, unfortunately - and I can't contact them in order to ask to possibly make a non-glasses variation [as I need the glasses slot open for.. well, several sims who wear glasses!] ------- So, I am trying to change the category of these wings myself, from Glasses to something non-facial -- perhaps the Ring category. They work fine alone once re-categorized and equipped in the Ring category. It's when I attempt to then add a regular pair of glasses to the glasses slot, I run into issues. Above is normal, ring-equipped wings.
Below is what I happen once I decide to add a pair of glasses to the Glasses slot:
..So, as you can see, the transparency of the glasses are completely gone, and the texture of the wings seems to have changed. This not only occurs on this single pair of glasses, but every pair of glasses I try to equip. If there's a solution to this, it would be greatly appreciated!

If wings texture are mapped in the glasses area then it will happen with every pair of glasses. The only way to change this is to extract the mesh, move uv map to another spot, move ALL textures to the new spot on the map, import in a new file. Pretty time consuming.

Hm, I see. Thanks for the response. I suppose another alternative to achieve wings + glasses at the same time would be to find a pair of glasses that equip in the Ring slot..?
If anyone has any recommendations as to where I could find something like that, it'd be super helpful. Thank you!

No, if this accessory is mapped in the same area where glasses mapped equipping it in another slot won't do anything. See explanation here.
