WCIF a mod that enables stray/NPC pet autonomy on home lots?

So, I've been trying to play with a sort of 'communal living' in a nice apartment/resort with a bunch of NPCs, their pets, some strays, etc all trapped on the lot with locked fence gates and living together. However, upon getting strays or NPC pets onto the lot, suddenly their autonomy seems to just straight up shut off, they won't do anything but stand there and idle animate for hours on end. Then I heard from someone that that's actually a thing in the game itself, strays/NPC pets have autonomy off lots but not on them.



So... I need a mod that enables NPC pet autonomy on lots so I can actually play the way I'm trying to rn. This resort is boring being petless.
