Don't worry. I've been looking at it. I just haven't had time to check things properly because of work.
Your laptop vanishes because your textures are the wrong dimensions. TS4 will only accept dimensions with a power of 4, so for example; 256, 512, 1024, 2048. Your main textures are fine but the all black texture and the pink brushed metal texture are wrong. I don't even know what they are for as I can't see them on the laptop anywhere but they are what is breaking it.
Change the pink brushed metal dimensions to 1024 x 512 and the black texture dimensions to 1024 x 2048 and the laptop shows up fine. Since these textures don't seem to be visible anywhere on your finished model (unless I am wrong) you could scale these two textures down quite small to save on file size. You just have to make sure they stick to the valid dimensions mentioned above. So you could have 512 x 256 and 256 x 512 for example.
Now that the laptop is visible in game it looks as though there are other issues that will need to be looked at. The shading on the back of the laptop is not flat and the mouse vanishes under the table when Sims use it.

By the way, thank you for your time!!! Really!!! <3
