I need help finding a reshade preset that doesn't "bleach" my UI or turn it to that blaring fluorescent green that makes it hard to look at. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just need to brighten my game and make my whites white instead of gray I'm open to any suggestions link away please!

I use Paintshop Pro, so if you are using Photoshop, it might be a little different. However, I do this to get my recolors white: - WORK ON A COPY
- Turn image to Greyscale
- Increase Color Depth to RGB 16 channels
- Adjust > Brightness/Contrast in Linear Mode to Brightness 35 / Contrast 2
- Repeat the Brightness/Contrast 2 more times
- Now Adjust Fill Light/Clarity to Fill Light 103 / Clarity to -40
Now you can make a new Raster layer & color away as you please, using Multiply blend mode / Opacity 100 ... or leave it white. Sometimes, you need to apply the Fill Light / Clarity a 2nd time to bring up the details a little better.

I'm just beginning to know this about reshade but anyway, I think this is quite similar to what you ask (white is white, colors that do not confuse, no?) conceptdesign97sims.tumblr.com/post/158854025463/ts4-reshade-effect-preset-1-downloadyou have to click on open in new tab (As sure as you know the reshade) I have no idea if the interface changes by the way I'm going to consider it if one day I want to change the style of my game hehe I hope that someone who uses many types of reshade will know how to recommend something more similar if it were not the right one! n-n

That reshade was the first one I tried, unfortunately it washed out my UI and menu so bad that I couldn't read anything on the screen and it made it very difficult to teleport sims and select poses :( It was absolutely beautiful to look at though!

If you don't find one on this thread I suggest searching here. Thank you jwofles! I had completely forgotten about lana's page brilliant suggestion and the reason I have found my new reshade, brightens the game with almost no discolouring of my menu and UI :D In Case Anyone's Curious
On a side note, you wouldn't happen to be the creator of the teddy jacket jwofles? If so, double thank you I LOVE that jacket use it all the time!

Why does reshade bleach our UI's, and can we change this in the reshade settings? I took my reshade out due to this.

Why does reshade bleach our UI's, and can we change this in the reshade settings? I took my reshade out due to this. I ended up removing the last reshade preset that I found as it created odd pixelated shadows at the top of all my walls and went searching again and found THIS it doesn't require reshade at all Make sure you read the instructions. I've had it in my game for about a week and don't know how I survived without it! My whites are white, the colors pop, and the best part, ZERO UI alteration, it's GLORIOUS! Give it a go, mate I'm sure you will love it too!
