REQ: Cigar accessory for mouth and hand.

Hey I wonder if anybody knows how to, or can make a fat cuban looking cigar mesh for the hand and sim mouth? Similar to one billion pixels's cigarette? I've searched high and low and my villain for the story won't be the same without it.

Will happily paypal a creator some money for their time if necessary :D
