I am trying to make this sweater shorter. I edited the mesh and when I imported it back in, nothing changed. I know about cut numbers and how they have to be the same, and also how the mesh you import should have the same number of studio meshes as the cas item you cloned. The cut on the cas item is 0000 and so is my mesh. And the cas item has 1 studio mesh and so does mine. Interestingly, I noticed that if I just export the original sweater (which is a cc i downloaded and works in my game), although it shows up in blender, if I try to import that blend (with no edits) into any project nothing changes. Its like s4s thinks the mesh is empty. I have tried importing other blends in and they show up so I know my s4s isn't broken it's this particular mesh. I just can't think what is causing this. Hi. I assume the mesh is too high poly. Usually it just increases loading time. Maybe not letting it import is your pc's way of reacting to it? You tried to import it in packages started from EA items and it still didn't work? It worked for me though

What? I am so confused. Mine loads for like 5 secs and says it's finished but nothing changes. I tried to replace cas meshes with yours as well and same issue. I am skeptical that the poly is too high for my PC cause I bought this one in the last year and its specifically for gaming so the specs are all very good. But I guess I'll never know for sure. mauvemorn

But does my package work for you? Also, do you have the latest version of the sims 4 studio?

Yes yours did work, but if i wanted to make any changes to the mesh I'd have to get someone else to import it into s4s studio (im using 3.1.2.0 Wishes) and then send it back to me. I scrapped it anyway and used a different sweater for what I was trying to do. This issue hasn't happened to me before so hopefully I just don't run into the same problem again. mauvemorn

I have the same problem, I think? I'm trying to modify a CC mesh to be less high-poly/more Maxis match for personal use, and at some point the mesh stopped uploading correctly. The original, unedited mesh uploads fine, but the one I've edited doesn't, S4S just loads for a bit and then nothing happens. I didn't change the cut number of the mesh, so I have no idea what I did wrong or how I could fix it. I'm using the current, newest version of S4S, so I doubt it's a problem with the program. And since the original, more high-poly version of the mesh uploads fine, it would be weird if it was a problem with the poly count, but I honestly don't know. Here's the original, unedited mesh, and here's my edited version.

Is your version of The Sims 4 studio the latest? Try re-downloading the original version of this hoodie and importing your edited blend there
