I've been working on this hair frankenmesh and it's been coming along great so far But when I put the mesh into studio to get the texture for recolors, part of the hair began showing as skin instead of hair? but when I had saved it in blender, it looked fine but when I imported the mesh back out of studio and into blender, it looked like it did in studio? Is this some kind of issue with UV mapping? Or is it something else, and how can I fix it?

Hey, the pictures do not show up. Also does your hair use transparency?

Ah whoops No I don't think so, I just took some base things and frankenmeshed them. (here's the link to my imgur since it won't upload my images: potterpasta.imgur.com/all )

You need to adjust the uv map to fit the diffuse texture.
