Kind of a weird workaround, but I did find a solution.
I applied a color palette to the package that includes the EA swatches, alongside my custom colors. Save that package.
Import the colored textures as per usual, leaving the EA ones alone.
Then just remove the EA swatches one by one, and save the package.
I'm not exactly sure why this works, but I know that it does, if anyone else was wondering.

For the past month or so, I've been recoloring all the CC hair that I use in my own custom palette (for private use).
It's been rather successful, and so I decided I wanted to take a crack at recoloring the EA eyebrows to match. This is a little harder, because I never recolored any EA items directly- only editing the packages other creators have made. At first it was going well, and now I hit a snag and don't know what I did wrong.
I have recolored 2 EA eyebrows. The first one went fine, the colors show up in CAS perfectly and the swatches are in the correct order.
I did the exact same thing again for eyebrow #2, however this one didn't show up correctly in CAS. The added color swatches are all mixed up in EA's unnatural color swatches, and I don't know what I did differently.
Eyebrow 1- what it should look like:
Eyebrow 2 - mixed up swatches:
The thing is, they both look the same in S4S. I'm not sure what's different:
What I did was I went into "add a CAS part swatch" and selected the dark gray one, as that's what I colored for my hairs and I wanted it to be the same. I opened it in "my projects", and I exported the texture. Then I deleted the gray swatch and, via "tools", applied my custom palette to the package.
I then opened GIMP, colorized the eyebrows for each swatch, then imported them back into S4S individually per swatch.
Then I saved the package.
The first eyebrow I did, the recolors appeared after EA's salt and pepper swatch even though I recolored the gray one. They just looked like add-ons.
The second eyebrow I did the exact same, however this time it mixed in my colors and EA's unnatural swatches. How do I fix this? Thanks!
