So I am very new to this, and this is my first time creating a hair mesh, or editing any mesh using blender. I'm not the most tech savvy, but I do enjoy creating things, and hope to make some of my own content for my sims game. I spliced two hair meshes and combined them using blender. I have watched a few tutorials and read a few threads about how to do this, but I must be missing something! The first time I went to import this into the sims 4 studio, it didn't even show up! I came across a few threads with similar issues, and figured out it was the cut that was causing this to happen. I went through and re-did everything, making sure to check and change the cuts. I went to import it once again, but then it looked broken/glitchy. I thought, perhaps this was due to the hat cuts, and promptly deleted those, re-saved as a second file (in case it wasn't the hat cuts, and still needed them). I imported the new version, excluding the hat cuts, and it did look better, but it's still not looking the same! There are bald spots, where there shouldn't be... I am not sure what I am doing wrong, or what I missed... I have tried doing more research to solve the problem on my own, but I don't know what I'm looking for. If anyone could please explain to me what I need to do to fix this, I would greatly appreciate it. I don't want to feel discouraged to continue creating things over something that more than likely has a simple solution. I will try my best to help you help me, thank you for your patience and guidance! Blender Mesh Imported Mesh (I hope the images work... I made a pixabay account just for this)
