Hello, I want to use 2 hairs by creator Xldsims, but I noticed some texture/clipping issues at the hairline. I'm wondering if there is some way I can fix them. 1. Out and About
2. Urban Ranger

Hi. I think the problem is in vertex paint. I checked on a maxis mesh and it seems that the hairline is painted with 007F52 ( Although I am not 100% sure, there's a gradient ) How to paint it: - export the blend file, open it, find a meshgroup that has 0002 cut number, select it, switch to Edit mode ( TAB ), select everything with A, Tools - Remove doubles with Merge distance set to 0,0001; - Select - Select Boundary loop; - Select - Select more/less - More; - switch to Vertex paint, enable Face selection masking for painting; - click on the color under the color wheel, choose HEX, type in 007F52, Paint - Set vertex color; - press A to deselect everything, press A to select everything, Paint - Smooth vertex color; - do the same for other meshgroups

I tried to follow your instructions as best I could, but I messed up. Blender is confusing. I'm going to reach out to the creator to look into this and I hope they respond.

I think someone had a similar issue a while back, the problem was a faulty bump map, try making it blank and see if it solves the problem

Create 1024x1024 file, fill it in with hex color 8080ff ( R: 128 G: 128 B: 255), and then follow instructions about copy-pasting channges from this part of the thread.

I'm still doing something wrong, however. I will check-in with the original creator and try to troubleshoot from there.
