Is there is a manifest resource on the top in the Warehouse tab? If yes then it's a merged file. You need to unmerge it first.

I think I found a solution by myself. The other workarounds dosen't helped me, sorry But thanks anyway for your answers! Here is my solution. Maybe it helps someone who runs into the same problem like me I went to the "CAS Swatch" clicked on CAS, picked an item, go to next and saved the file on my "desktop" folder. Than everything went fine and the Sims4Studio "Studio" & "Warehouse" tab shows up I think the mistake was that I tried to save the file in my "TheSims4" folder

Can you show a picture of what your no warehouse menu looks like? There is literally no way there will be no Warehouse tab unless it's a merged file or you are looking through My CC menu.

I saved the package within a folder outside of "The Sims 4" folder and it worked!

I had the same problem, your workaround solved it! Saving the file to desktop instead, weird. Thanks for figuring it out and sharing the solution!
