I really want to make some loose-fit clothes that bigger than any EA mesh. but it is really hard to find some tutorial for that.

how can i give the weight to that stretched mesh? make same size with ea mesh is only way to solve this problem?

Hi! thanks for ur help!
but i don't know when i use ur tutorial in making progression...

my process is (as short)

1. import my clothes obj
2. append EA mesh clothes and data transfer.
3. arrange uv map
4. transfer weight in Blender 2.7
5. vertex paint
6. baking to make uv map editing

when should i use ur tutorial? at first, or after step 2?

This should be your step 1.
You fix the mesh in MD, export it, open the blend file of the reference, import obj in Blender, change the pose of the rig and turn it into a rest pose, transfer weights separately for arms and torso, bring back the rig to its initial pose, apply it as rest pose, edit weights if needed, then proceed with the rest
