I'm pretty new to creating CC for the Sims, but overall, I think I'm doing pretty good for a newbie. However, none of the three CC clothing pieces that I have created are working very well in-game despite looking good on the S4S model. I've posted a screenshot of my most recent CC clothing in-game to show what I'm talking about; hopefully, it shows up in the post.
I know I'm probably missing a few steps, but to be honest, I don't know what to do to fix this. I've listed my procedure below, so if anyone can see that I'm missing something or not doing something correctly, any suggestions and/or guidance would really be appreciated
Step 1. Go into S4S, select create new mesh under CAS menu, select an EA mesh (in the photo, I picked the female leather biker vest).
Step 2. Name the .PACKAGE file (in this case, I named it "biker"), export the mesh to Blender, and save it as a .BLEND file.
Step 3. Delete the body sections of the top (i.e. arms, neck, upper chest) and any sections of the mesh I don't want to include in the new mesh (in this case, I deleted the bra and tank top section of the mesh, leaving only the vest itself).
Step 4. Append the female nude top to the existing mesh, and delete any parts of the nude top mesh that overlap the clothing mesh (i.e. the biker vest).
Step 5. Merge all the meshes into one mesh using Ctrl + J.
Step 6. Go back to S4S and import the new mesh, then export the .PNG file to Adobe Photoshop.
Step 7. Erase the pixels on the .PNG file coloring that are no longer present on the mesh, then save the file.
Step 8. Go back to S4S one last time, import the modified .PNG file, save the .PACKAGE file, and move it to my Mods folder.
Step 9. Open the game and see how it looks (see photo link for my final result).
Thank you to anyone willing to help me, I really appreciate your time, consideration, and effort. Be safe and stay well.

P.S. I used the Sims 4 Studio Version 3.1.3.2 (Wishes), Blender 2.7, and Adobe Photoshop. Thanks again
