Hello, so I've been making cc clothes for a little while, but I've been running into some problems recently. The mesh looks fine in Blender, but when I import it into S4S, You can see the mesh's pattern/texture on the legs of the sim. Apologies if this has been asked before! imgur.com/XG3WJoi

Hi. In Blender each face of a model can have a different texture assigned to it. In TS4 all CAS items share the same uv space. You put the garment's uvs in the place taken by legs. You need to edit your uv_0 map using this image as a guide

Hello, again. Thank you so much for the response. I used the map, but that’s still how it turned out. I tried making a skirt instead of shorts, ( what i did in the first picture, ) and it did the same thing... Do i need to make it smaller on the uv map, or does it not matter so long as it’s in the bottom’s section? I greatly appreciate your help!

You need to move it away from the uvs of legs, either make it smaller or move it to the side. If you were to share a blend file, i'd show you

Your meshes UV overlaps the UV of the legs. You need to move your UV so that it doesn't overlap. I suggest moving it to the right, something like this - This does mean you have to change your texture (which is annoying I know), and there will be a reduction in quality, but these are just challenges you gotta face when making CC for sims 4, especially with marvelous designer. It's also worth saying you can probably move parts of your uv around to maximise the space as well, like this (to get better quality)- If all else fails you can use HQ textures as well with the HQ mod to get better texture quality.
