Request/WCIF: Paneled walls with reclaimed wood

Hi! I'm trying to make my own house in the Sims and I'm looking for wooden paneled walls like this in the first pic. I would like the lower part being reclaimed wood like in this CC and the upper part being white wood like in the first link. I've searched everywhere but I haven't found what I'm looking for. There seem to be no paneled walls that are two different colors of wood. I don't even know what that's called or if it has a name. Like half paneling but the top part's wooden too.
