I have made an object frankenmesh and was able to combine the existing uv maps from each component into one map. However, I also have an added mesh part that I created and have unwrapped. When I try to join it to the studio mesh, it seems to be deleting the uv map I had made before and only keeping the map from the new mesh part! D:
How do I keep both unwrapped parts without change on the same map as I combine the meshes?

Make sure your new mesh's uv is called 'uv_0' before merging it to the other mesh. You can change the name of it on this tab (double click your uv to rename it):
