Hi, I'm hoping that someone can either help me, or point me to the correct tutorial.
I have a CC jacket that doesn't work in game. I know it's a mesh related issue, but I have the mesh installed too. I've looked at the broken item in both My CC and in My Projects. I also looked at a working CC item in My CC to see what clues might exist.
Please excuse the noobiness of the rest of my explanation; I find the tool somewhat intimidating.
On the working CC in "My CC" there's a block that shows Meshes and LOD with a drop down while on my broken CC the Meshes block isn't there at all.
If I open the broken CC in My Projects and go to the Meshes tab all the LOD options have the Vertices and Polygons data at 0, which doesn't feel right. If I got to the Warehouse tab it does have a little bit of information about the mesh under the Data tab listed as CASPartResource, but there's a section called NormalMap that lists the Mesh again and all the information for Group, Instance, and Type are 0's.
I'm not sure if I'm on the right track or if I've wasted my time looking at what I have, but it feels like the broken CC is somehow not linking properly to the existing mesh.
Am I heading in the right direction? Is there a simple, with pictures, tutorial I can read? Or can someone tell me how to fix it, if I can?
Thank you.

Could you link to the broken cc you're trying to fix?

Did you start a package with Create CAS Standalone, Create 3d mesh or Create CAS Part Swatch? Or is it someone else's cc? If yes, maybe this is a recolor and you need an original mesh? What did they say in the description?
