Hi! Sorry for the extremely vague title but I didn't really know how else to say this. So whenever I create a mesh in MD and then export it, UV map transfer weights etc etc everything works fine, but as I predominantly create baggy clothing I would love to fill up the sleeves so the mesh doesn't disappear in certain angles or so you can't see the nude mesh underneath like this: imgur.com/a/HdzACpjdoes anybody know how to do this? it isn't a necessity but would be a great skill to learn! Thanks in advance!

You mean how to fill in holes?
Select the edges of the mesh, extrude, and then weld the vertices of the extruded part together. Move the single vertex you're now left with in a bit. You may want to fix the normals of this part, too. Sometimes you may want to map this part of the mesh separately so you can make it darker than the rest of the mesh, making the appearance of a dark sleeve.

Yes. I haven't worked with MD before, but I've had a look at a tutorial for it, so I assume you at some point have to export the mesh from MD to Blender to make some final adjustments to get it into S4S, and at that stage you could also fill in the holes.
