Way to get rid of black marks on baked texture?

Hi all! So for convenience sake I like to use the baked texture as something to base my textures off of for my clothes, and my textures always end up with black "splodges" on them, does anybody know how to bake so it doesn't come out like this? If it's impossible to it's not a huge deal but would just be good to know!
