First you need find the model(obj,fbx,...) Then maxium your model to not see the sims then transfer weight edit them for make easy animation, and texture then you have this

You know... It does take a while to figure out the programs and to get good at them. Giving up before you've even started won't lead you anywhere.
Starting out with an already made mesh can be helpful, as it's usually a bit easier than making meshes from scratch (depending on the mesh, of course - body meshes can be a bit of a challenge). Blender can be a bit tough to start out with, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. S4S is fairly easy for the basic things like swapping meshes and textures. There's tutorials, and there's the help section.

Well.....I have been looking for a proper tutorial for several days and I still have not found anything, so I definitely give up, I hope that in a future Sims game there will be tutorials for beginners Try this?
