Because in blender, s4s and thumbnail everything is ok, but when you select the accessory it turns the other way around?   why?  |

Assignment to this bone works only in poses. If you want an accessory to be glued to the hand completely you need to use either hand or finger bones. Stigmata bone gives more flexibility when you want to create a good looking pose and change position of the item by rotating this bone. This way you can create the poses with nicely positioned fingers without "breaking" the hand.
