If someone can help me with this I will be so grateful! I'm trying to do a mesh edit of a hairstyle. The problem I'm running into is that when I export the mesh to Blender it's completely missing the texture. The rig and the hair both look clay white. I've watched a lot of tutorials and everyone seems to be able to click export the mesh and the sim is in color as well as the hair texture being there. I've been searching on the help forums and I couldn't find a solution, so I apologize if this is a duplicate question. Can someone please help me fix this?

Is the texture in Blender enabled in the viewport? Down at the bottom in the view next to the edit/object/etc. mode you'll see a circle with a dropdown list. If it's a grey circle it's set to "solid" and you won't see textures (everything looks "clay white" as you say). If it's set to a circle with a red X over it and says "textures" you'll be able to see textures (even the rig should be colored).
If that isn't the problem, can you upload the package file and the blend file?
