Those look to be cutout/alpha textures, and S4Studio doesn't show the textures of those very well on CAS meshes (the skin shows underneath). When you export to Blender, it borrows textures from S4Studio and shows them with the same textures, so the same problem with the skin showing happens. They should show fine ingame if the textures are properly set up as alpha-enabled.
Alpha/cutout meshes are usually on "planes" (simple, square meshes). It makes the mesh lower-poly than if the flower or butterfly was fully meshed, and also makes the textures easier to edit, so you can for instance change the entire flower without having to make a new mesh. It's very much used for plants, flowers and similar details in games.
