Can you know a way to fix it or put the tail into a rig thats dont deform the entire tail or keep it static like spine or idk???  |

Hi. To my knowledge root bone is the most static, but it is usually not in the list of bones dresses are affected by. The game does not like when you introduce new bones and can give you or people using your cc distortions. You can try using gradient tool in Weight paint mode to paint that thing with pelvis but do not know how that will work. If won't, try spine bones on at a time, start from the highest one
