[Request] Rococo 'Get Famous' hair as hat (wig)

I mean this hair (the actress, not the stylist) specifically I'd like it in the white swatch.  I'd like to keep the character's natural hair color while wearing this in white for SOME outfits, so having it as a "hat" instead would allow for that and be like her wearing a wig.

Thanks to anyone willing to do this.  I found and tried to follow a tutorial, and had luck making it into a hat, but not getting the right textures/colors.
