Hi I have a car made for daz studio, I export the car model as obj and import it in blender, I'm trying to get the car in S4S but it never imports, I have tried everything. I read and watched all kinds of tutorials, I don't know what i'm doing wrong, I import the car, after opening a similar Sims 4 object in blender first. I size or scale the car object down to fit the white board on the floor, I slide away the Sims 4 car model, join both objects buy selecting my car them shift clicking on the sims 4 object. After I delete the vertices of the sims 4 model so I am left with only one model. I save blend file and try to export to S4S and nothing, at the most I get a crazy long loading screen. I loosing my mind pulling my hair out my head I cannot get this to work, I am new to all this and its so difficult for me. Anyone can kindly help me? Please, I do not know what I am doing wrong. I try to lower the poly by doing decimate tool and still nothing imports. I am new to all of this, I didn't relize it whats this complex and frustrating at least for me it is.

Hi. Did you add a cut number? I set the cut to 0, I got it to import but for some reason i can't get the textures on my object in S4S. It was a object file, in blender it shows textures on the object but not in the texture map, the map was black and white dots all over so confusing. Beside that when I import to S4S on all lods, its just not showing textures, The object file doesn't have a texture map but it shows all the proper colors in daz studio, also in blender, I don't know how to do texture maps, its way to frustrating to do. I only wanted to put my model in S4S but its very frustrating, Ive been up all night trying to figure this out. Thank you so much for your reply.

The materials and textures are not imported from Blender to s4s on their own. The textures must be imported separately. If in DAZ the model had no texture, only materials assigned to it, then you must bake the materials into an image and use it as a diffuse map in s4s. The Sims 4 is not a rendering engine, it does not work like that.
