Is there a script out there that does this? I have huge overhead when building on large lots and want to keep the object count down so lag doesn't kill gameplay. I've been monitoring lot value right now and that sort of helps but not fully accurate. 100% accurate is a total poly count of every object on lot but not practical so I'll just settle with number of objects. The lag I have is simulation and pie menu lag. I keep sim count below 20 & lot price below 800k it seems bearable at that point. Before I had a lot worth 1.5 mill and 30 sims on lot. Took a whole minute for the menu to come up. FPS are good around 30-40 so I think it has to do with the simulation pipeline. I notice the CPU, all 4 cores working really hard when this hits and it's NOT constant. It goes away for a while then comes back after playing for a while. Me thinks it's getting clogged with processes. Like that lame ass 15 fps that pops up sometimes and goes away after the game runs for a while... So my workaround is to keep object count down on lots 50x50 or 64x64. I can have 50 or more sims running around on smaller lots though, no problem. Lag never surfaces. Thx for any help

Well I didn't find anything but I probably could write one in python. Maybe if I feel up to it. A workaround in my head is a totally different approach. I'm working on a medical lot so there is tuning files that control how many sims show up to that lot. I assumed it was LittleMsSam's director xml files in her venues package so I put them in mine and overrid them with lower numbers BUT the damn game still wants to spawn up to the MAX sims allowed in zone. Sure I could MC that number lower but I found a strange problem with this. Too low a number and sims want to leave almost as soon as they spawn in so I want to leave this number higher. What I have going on is max workers on lot is around 10. Max patients is about 3. Max participants is 15. MC at max in zone at say 18 makes sims leave necause I have three or more playable sims on top of the fore mentioned. Max zone at 30 makes the game fill in those empty slots right up to 30. I guess I need to find where this global XML file is that controls how many sims show up BUT I would prefer it to be ONLY this type of lot. I want NO visitors unless they are patients. Hope that was clear enough lol. If I can control the max sims in zone for only this specific type of lot it will help with my lag problem while keeping the numbers high on smaller lag free lots. NOT a global max in zone like MC sets. If anyone knows of a solution or could tell me it's impossible it would save me wasting time on trying this out at least....
