Hello everyone! As the title says, I can't change the catalogue thumbnail. I tried to follow the specific tutorial (the one with the chair as exemple), but it didn't work, so I tried to simply "import" the new thumbnail, and it didn't work either, then I tried any possible way. I have the latest version of Sims 4 studio (3.1.3.7). Here's what I do step by step: 1- I place my own .package file into Sims 4 Studio folder "Mods" (it was previously tested in game, and it worked)
2- I open Studio 3- since in the tutorial it was not specified, I tried every option (from "Create CAS standalone" to "Override") 4- I open my .package
5. Studio wants to save, dunno if it's a copy of my cc or a new one, so I save it as "Test" on the desktop
6- I import my own catalogue thumbnail 7- "Save as"...At this point I can save as "Test" on the desktop (rewriting the first save) or save as "Test1" (creating a new .package file together with the first "Test" and the original .package). Even if I simply "Save" the result is the same: the cc doesn't work in game 8- I delete the original .package from The sims 4 "Mods" folder, since I think I made a new one with a new catalogue thumbnail, and replace it with "Test" (or "Test1") 9- The cc in game doesn't work, and I mean it has white and red squares with question marks. There are times that in game the cc has the right thumbnail, but it still doesn't work (squares and question marks).
Thank you very much if someone answers me, I really want to make my own cc ready:( Happy Halloween!

So the white and red error comes from not having the mesh in game. I'm not sure what the issue is with the thumbnail exactly, but one thing that helped me fix my thumbnails (it wouldn't clear them but it would change them) was to clear the thumbnail cache. Sorry for not being more helpful!

Hello:) I think it might be helpful, but now that you say the white and red error is because of the missing mesh, I think the error I do is in the saves, I don't know exactly what they are for, so probably I messed up with them. Thank you very much for your answer!
