Hi, I know this isn't about The Sims 4 Studio, but given it is used along with Blender, I hope someone might be able to help.
Somehow the Blender program just stopped working one day. It didn't even run. Then I tried to reinstall it, but it didn't even begin to download the file. I tried to search online, but there are too many vesions of Blender and even searching specific isn't giving any useful result.
Please help me, it is most frustruating.
Sorry for the bad english, also if I have posted this request the wrong place.

Hi. What version did you use? Try installing 2.76

I have tried both 2.70 and 2.76, without success

Hmm, if you cannot even download it, maybe your pc is seeing it as a virus? Try turning your antivirus off for a moment. If you'll succeed at installing it, put the folder with Blender into Exceptions

The antivirus usually warns me about the possible danger, rather than not download. I tried turning it off anyway, but it still won't download. It's like it doesn't even try.

Just tried right clicking and "open in new window" this worked to download, but Blender still won't run. I have downloaded and installed 2.70a. When I try to run it, it just opens the black command screen for a split second and then nothing

I'm sorry, but you might have a higher chance at solving it on the forum related to Blender. At least I do not remember anyone ever reporting this type of issue. The only other things I can think of is to check if drivers are updated and if your current version of windows/ios is supported by your version of Blender (i remember that a recent update of ios does not work with older versions of Blender).
Let's hope someone else will chime in
