If the mod you're asking about is hosted here, then you should ask in Creator Studio Q&A (after checking the creator's studio for updates and pointers, and otherwise doing normal troubleshooting); otherwise, you should ask the creator on their site (after checking for updates, troubleshooting, etc.).
