[Mod Request] Unlocking custom books from careers

Currently, the ability to write two books is locked under the 9th level of the culinary career, the cookbook for the executive chef branch and the bar guide for the mixologist branch. I was wondering if it would someone could mod these to be available to write without needing to be in the career. Maybe they are unlocked after a reaching a certain level of the gourmet cooking skill or mixology skill if possible. If not, just having the option on the computer would be great.
