Hello everyone !
Yesterday I made my very first pose for CAS and it was also the first time I was using Blender so I'm pretty glad how it turned out for a first try. However, as you can see, the arms have still a lot unnatural angles and I wanted to ask you if you have some tips for me guys. I saw a lot of tutorials but I thought it would be easier for me to show you the pose I have made, as a Blender beginner. So, your feedbacks will be very helpful Aishwarya Rai sim ~ coming soon by AugusteS, sur Flickr Cheers !

Not sure what kind of feedback you want? One thing that can make posing easier is to set up IK targets, or find some place where someone provides a .blend where they already set them up for the Sims? Also, for poses you would like to implement, I would suggest looking for reference photos to see how they look on a real life person. Joints and muscles have restrictions after all. Better yet, you can even try the poses out for yourself, to actually "feel" those restrictions. Here's a good resource for the physical limitations of the human body: design.tutsplus.com/articles/human-anatomy-fundamentals-flexibility-and-joint-limitations--vector-25401As for certain joints looking unnatural, 3d models aren't flesh, muscle and bone, so even if a pose is 100% do-able in real life there is a possibility the joints in the 3d model will have some things that might look off.
Happy simming!

Thank you simguy80 for your kind advices. I wanted to know if this pose looks good enough or if I can improve it with some tricks. As I said, I’m an absolute beginner with Blender, but as an artist, I draw a lot since I was a child, so I know the human body proportions and stuffs. That’s precisely why the forearms shock me, they look way too thin compared to the arms, but maybe the improvement on this pose is very limited, I don’t know. Anyway, thanks for your reply 🙂

I'm not sure there's anything that can be done to fix the sharp angle. sim meshes has its limitations and its quite common to get those sharp angles on elbow and knees once its bent over certain degrees. the pose looks good tho.
