I know this is a very old piece of CC but I've always loved the shape of these ears and I was disappointed that I couldn't use them. I googled it again recently and the mediafire links for the original and the fixed version are both gone. (I found some saved tumblr posts but the download links are dead ends.) I know there's a link on Badu, I found it, but I don't have an account so I can't DL to see if they work.
Luckily, I still have the files and I've uploaded them here!
I think I know what's wrong with them, based on this old thread discussing them (and viewing them in S4S myself.) Basically, the other LODs are for the original earrings and not the new mesh. I don't know how to change that though it sounds like an easy fix? In fact, that's probably what the fixed version does but I was never able to download it. So, could someone please repair them for me or else give me a working link for the fixed versions? That's the bare minimum of my request.
But also, if you're into this kind of CC or you're just feeling extremely generous, would you also convert them for kids and toddlers too? :D I'd be eternally grateful for that! (I'd be over the moon if you managed to add more colors but I don't have a psd file of the original textures so you'd have to make one from scratch and I understand how that might be irksome. I'm sure that converting them is plenty time-consuming.) Thank you so much for reading my post and happy holidays!

So, as far as the mesh goes, this is the bare minimum of your request. I don't mesh, so I exported the LOD0 mesh and slapped it on the other three LODs so the ears will work in game. If someone else wants to download my package and give it real lower LOD meshes (with lower polygon counts) and maybe even age convert it, please go for it. I fixed the mipmaps on the DDS textures (which is what that thread you linked is talking about) as well, since that's also part of the bare minimum of making them functional. And I also fixed the specular map (cat ears aren't shiny!), built it into a single package with swatches instead of five separate packages, updated the catalog tags a little, added a cute catalog thumbnail because why not, and gave it five more swatches -- grey, light brown, and three textures based on a leopard pattern GIMP had. (PSDs make recoloring some things much easier and all things at least slightly higher quality, but this wasn't difficult to recolor.) drive.google.com/file/d/1eoTf-mkXxYx4Xk7zI_fkNZBTyDiGUBzu/view?usp=sharing

OMG! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You've made my day, Cidira! Haha! This is fantastic! :D
I'll leave up the original files, just in case someone really wants those (since they're otherwise mostly gone from the internet), but I can't imagine why they would.
But yes, if anyone would like to convert this for toddlers and children, please do! 8-)
