*Solved* Error - Latest Sims 4 Studio isn't indexing

Hi, I don't know if I should put this in error report or not, I have the latest version of Sims4Studio v3.1.4.2 (Wishes). I notice that it won't do the indexing that it does in the previous versions. I also noticed that when I uninstall/reinstall that it doesn't create S4Studio_v3.2 file in the Sims4Studio folder when reinstalling.  I have to reinstall a previous version of Sims4Studio to create the SQLite file then install v3.1.4.2 to get it working. I'm assuming that the SQLite file is the database that holds all the information needed to work. I think SQLite file isn't able to write what it needs to because it isn't the correct version. So I'm experiencing a multitude of problems that I'll break down as I go. I tried all the methods on troubleshooting tips and what I can see in Creator help to no avail. I appreciate any help I can get which each issue. I don't know if it is something as simply getting a clean SQLite file that is updated for Snowy Escape or that my computer keeps borking the download. I tried Zip version and still experience the issue.
