So I found a similar problem here: sims4studio.com/thread/15087/solved-problem-wall-decals-all but couldn't find a clear answer on how to fix this. I made a recolour of the Basegame Cloud/Moon Wall Decal, but only 2 swatches (out of 5) show up in game. In the swatches section (in game) the swatches that don't work have a question mark with a red and blue background. Can someone help? I'm very new to modding/recolouring, so I would very much appreciate a more detailed (and hopefully simple) explanation. Thanks so much in advance!

Thank you. The problem is that your textures are an unsupported size - Sims 4 images must be a power of two. For example 256x256 px, 512x512, 1024x1024, etc. Or you can make them a rectangle with 2:1 or 1:2 height/width like 512x1024.

Oooh! Didn't know that. Resized the "working space" in Photoshop (instead of resizing the png, so as to not lose quality) and that fixed it! Thank you so much! :D

For example, I have seen EA paintings use 512x512 to retain quality.
