This seem to be the infamous ssao issue which can normally be fixed by following
this guide. Unfortunately that did not solve the issue when I tested (possibly because there is no ssao resource for the second phong shader- which I assumed was changed from "water" seeing the item you cloned is a fountain/birdbath).
Removing ssao altogether (editing game files), by following
this tutorial, did however resolve the issue. While this process works, it has to be done each time the game is updated. Also, it is specific to your game and not the package itself; so persons who have not, and do not want to do this will not see the fixed result in their own game.
I could suggest cloning a different item that has two "regular" textures (no glass, water etc.). Alternatively, you can clone an item that has a single texture group and scale the uvs to fit on one map.
Just to note as well, the poly count of your item is really high for the game. You might want to reduce it to something more acceptable.
