Help! Which world file is assigned to what lot??

Hello! I am trying to change some lot sizes in the basegame worlds of Willow Creek and Newcrest. I have gone to Origin Games | The Sims 4 | Data | Shared | Worlds | Areas but I don't know which world files apply to which lots. I am specifically trying to change the Parkshore lot in Willow Creek, and the Avarice Acres, Tranquil Cresent, and Asphalt Abodes lots in Newcrest. If anyone knows which world file is assigned to these lots that would be much appreciated! Thank you, and happy simming!
