Hello everyone, I'm new on creating new meshes. I just imported my new mesh on Sims 4 Studio based on the Lingerie full body mesh. Someone can say me why my mesh results as in pictures? I had in mind to create this long sleeve skinny dress with a knee-down slit on both sides and a hole on the back. Sleeves and the front apparently are ok but the rest is "broken". (plus, on the front, the collar is vanished too.) Maybe I did mistakes deleting vertex in Blender? Please someone can help me? PICTURES

You have disabled backface calling in blender which prevents you from seeing that these patterns are flipped. But there's a lot more:
1). When you duplicate patterns in MD, flip them. The fact that they are grey indicates that they are facing the wrong direction; 2). Make garments from smaller patterns. This way you will be able to utilize available uv space more efficiently. bigger patterns = bigger uvs = better texture quality. Right now the main patterns are very small and it will result in a very bad texture; 3). Your garment is extremely and unnecessary high poly. Do not go past 10k unless necessary which is not the case here. Model in quads; 4). Do not transfer weights or uv_1 from nude legs/pants to dresses/skirts and vice versa; 5). Do not join the body with the garment until you transferred weights, uv_1, vertex painted the mesh; 6). Do not import the garment in the empty scene, export the reference, open it, import the garment there; 7). The dress is not vertex painted, it will not morph; 8). Use Nearest face interpolated when transferring uv_1 and weights
I suggest you to postpone finishing this project and instead watch more tutorials. Look for more recent ones where you are not told do download 2.7. After you will wrap your head around the process, make a simple item like a swimsuit or a tank top.

right, thank you. I'm absolutely newbie on creating new meshes and I agree with your final suggestion so I'm going to postpone this project for sure, but sorry I think I can't understand how to know if my garment has small or big patterns ù I had no idea.. I will try to fix. Thank you very much for your help, I will consider all your suggestions.

The dress is white by default, it is not vertex painted green, you need to do it yourself See how here the mesh is not made of two front and back patterns, it is made of many. In real world it is done to ensure the dress fits perfectly to the body, which also applies in MD, but another benefit is the ability to use free uv space more efficiently

The parts of this mesh need to be sewed in MD. If I don't want it, for example in case of a simple top, I will have only two parts, the front and the back patterns. It is right?
Thank you mauvemorn

You can fit the front and the back patterns of a simple top in the torso area where it should be. You won’t fit the front and the back patterns of the whole dress there You should avoid that bottom right corner because everyone puts everything there and you end up with CAS full of items that cannot be used together
