This is how the mesh will look like in cas if you'll make it the right way. The only way around it is to retopologize the mesh in a way that it is very low poly in the area where that deformation happens. So low poly that there will simply be nothing to deform. However, even if you succeed at it, once the sim will raise their arms, you will the downright of it.
