Hi. This happens because the uvs for the front and the back sides of the garment overlap. We need inner and side geometry only in places where it is visible. The side geometry also does not have to be this dense. Also, the garment goes in the space meant for bottoms, meaning it should be affected by morphs and bones in that region the right way. Otherwise the bottoms will clip during animation and morphing. So you should have transferred uvs and weights from a full-body swimsuit or joined nude body parts found under rig.

Weights are not the cause of your problem, they cause a different problem that you can only see in-game Your problem happens because of overlapping uvs which you did not touch. This happens because the uvs for the front and the back sides of the garment overlap. I just tried to show you what I mean but this mesh is basically uneditable. It is chopped up all over the place so you cannot select the uv island. You cannot select edge loops because it is triangulated. You should watch more tutorials and do something more simple for the sake of learning. Otherwise this is just masochism. Also, once you import the mesh in s4s, do not export it back, it will be chopped up and triangulated. Here is what your mesh should look like, but it should be more dense, right now it is too jagged

Where did you disable shadows? What baking settings are you using? Where are you getting the spots otherwise? Share the updated file

Spots like this happen because you did not disable rendering for body parts and the example in the scene as shown in the linked tutorial ( step 12 ).
